C&T Trucking Services really came through for us. One of my trucks had a blown airbag while my driver was on the road, and the weather was storming pretty bad. They still got him into the shop quickly and took care of the repair without any issues. Caesar was very helpful over the phone and kept communication clear the whole time. As a trucking company owner, I know how important it is to keep drivers safe and equipment moving. These guys went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the way they took care of my driver. Oh GOD worst place ever. They erase the camera footage after they sabotage your truck to make it have to be fixed. They lie worse than anything and had me running around trying to get a specific part with out telling me every aspect of that part i needed to get. Never gave an estimate on an oil change an arm and a leg for it. Don’t walk by them RUN!!

Stay away from this place! They charged me over $700 just for an oil change. I specifically told them to give me an estimate before starting any work, but they never called me and went ahead with the oil change anyway. When I saw the bill, I refused to pay that outrageous amount, and they threatened to drain the oil and leave my truck like that. I had read a review saying they were horrible people—now I completely agree.

Horrible people, they communicate terribly, swear at you and raise the amount out of nowhere without explanation. I working as a safety in transportation company, one of our drivers got air chamber broken just behind the corner from their shop. First they say one price, then up it, we was fine to pay more but ask to explain why price is go up. We didn't get an answer, they shouted that they would decide how much we should pay them, either someone works there or the owner is a very uncultured horrible woman, we wanted to pay by card, but they shouted that they would not accept any credit cards only a efs check, in the evening there was no one in the office and I had to wake up our accountant to write them a efs check. And I have already seen reviews about her here - but they deny that they have a woman working there. Also under each negative review they write that they cannot find an invoice with a name, I am sure with the name of my company they will be able to find it. The most terrible experience with the service in all my years of safety work.

IN AND OUT!!! Excellent work done here. I came in with a valve leak that needed to be changed as soon as possible. Someone hit the power line resulting in there being no power at the shop temporarily. They told me they would still service my truck. The mechanics got me out in 30mins at a reasonable price too. Thanks! Keep up the great work!
